At Little Sister Invitations we want to make inviting your guests the easiest and most stress free experience of your whole event. To place an order with us, contact us via email or phone to discuss your needs. A formal quote will be sent to you, which is valid for one month. To secure your order, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total order is required. This secures the quoted price and stock is ordered as soon as the deposit is paid.
Once the deposit is paid and the guest names and wording has been sent through, you will receive proofs within 24-48 hours dependant on work load. We strongly suggest you have at least 2 other people to check over these proofs as extra sets’ of eyes to ensure no spelling mistakes or misspelt names are approved. Your approval is FINAL and your acceptance that you take responsibility that what you have approved is correct. Any changes that result in a reprint after approval has been given will be absorbed by yourself and added to the final invoice.
Your job is then sent to print, which generally takes around a week, then an additional 1-2 weeks with us to assemble and do final touches. You will be notified once your invites are ready to send and advised of the tracking number once sent.
