As all our goods are handmade and personalised products, there is a no return policy. Being predominantly a paper product, they are prone to slight wear and tear and should be treated with care. All our goods are packaged very carefully when sending to prevent any damage in transit. Insurance can be added to postage for an additional fee, please contact us for prices.

In the event of spelling mistakes or an error in information, if the client has been given proofs to check and has approved the error, a re-print can be arranged at the full cost to the client. Where the fault is deemed to be with Little Sister Invitations, the cost will be absorbed by us.
